  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Free standard shipping for orders over AUD $100.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
    • Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Stitch Cartel is not responsible for packages lost in transit. However, we will assist in contacting the courier to resolve the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for prompt assistance.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
